We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most courses. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 14 days or if you've completed more than 30% of the course. Live session packages are non-refundable after the first session.

If you miss a session without canceling 24 hours in advance, it will be marked as "No Show" and the session credit will be consumed. In case of emergencies, contact your instructor or support team immediately. Instructors may offer makeup sessions at their discretion.
Once enrolled, you have lifetime access to self-paced course materials. For live instruction courses, you have access throughout the course duration plus 6 months after completion to review materials. Course certificates remain valid permanently.
Yes! After completing your purchase, an invoice is automatically sent to your registered email address. You can also download invoices anytime from your account dashboard under "Billing & Payments" section.
