I'm disappointed with this Arabic course. The instructor seems to assume prior knowledge that wasn't clearly stated as a prerequisite. Many concepts were rushed through without adequate explanation or practice time. The materials provided were insufficient for the complexity of topics covered. Customer support was slow to respond when I had questions. I wouldn't recommend this to other beginners.
